We call this process co-creation, and it’s how we’ve launched more than 100 products or features since opening in 2014, like the Opal Nugget Ice Maker and the GE Profile Smart Indoor Smoker. Sourdough Sidekick was developed in Louisville, KY, at FirstBuild, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GE Appliances, a Haier company. 

We developed Sourdough Sidekick in collaboration with experts from King Arthur Baking Company. The result is automation that respects the craft—without cutting corners.
